Upcoming Contest Dates (all times UTC)
Contests generally do not take place on WARC bands.
- It begins with the DARC UKW-Winter-Fieldday and the Bavarian Summit Day. They are at the same time on next weekend:
At Saturday, February 7, 0900 to 1059 UTC on 1.3 GHz and 1100 to 1329 UTC on 2.3, 3.4 and 5.7 GHz and at Sunday, February 8, 0900 to 1059 UTC on 432 MHz and 1100 to 1259 UTC on 144MHz. - The Europaen Union DX Contest will take place from Saturday, January 7, 1200 UTC until Sunday, January 8, 1159 UTC, on the 160 to 10 m bands in CW and SSB.
- On Saturday, February 7 from 1600 – 1900 UTC the Hand-key-party will be held by the AGCW DL on 80 m – of course in CW.
- The DARC FT4-Contest will take place on Tuesday, February 10 from 1900 to 2029 UTC on the bands 80 and 40 m.

The 100th Anniversary of the city of GDYNIA | 1926-2026
Short-time award from February 7 to 22, 2026
In Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the city of Gdynia, promoting the city of Gdynia on amateur radio bands this award is issued under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of Gdynia by the Pomeranian Field Division of the Polish Amateur Radio Union (PZK) in Gdańsk, Poland.
Radio campaign dates: from 7th to 22nd February 2026.
Bands: from 160m to 6m + WARC + 2m + 70cm, SAT and contacts via FM repeaters are also
counted for the award. Duplicated contacts on the same band or the same mode are not counted.
Modes: CW, SSB, FM, RTTY, FT4, FT8.
The organizer’s special event stations participating in the award program:
SP100G, SQ100D, SO100Y, SN100N, HF100I, 3Z100A.
Scoring and applying for the commemorative eAward:
SP – stations must earn 100 points or collect all six event stations (G-D-Y-N-I-A),
EU – stations must earn 60 points (min. three different stations);
DX – stations must earn 30 points (min. two different stations).
(SP100G, SQ100D, SN100N and 3Z100A = 20p, SO100Y and HF100I = 10p)
The eAward is also available for SWL stations.
Applications for the award will be accepted only electronically through the organizer’s
online platform at https://ot09.pzk.org.pl/akcje/100gdynia/100gdy.php “ON-LINE LOG” until
31st December, 2026. In special cases and to a very limited extent applications will be accepted
via e-mail or traditional mail to be sent to Roman SQ2RH. SWL stations – please send your logs
electronically by e-mail to Roman SQ2RH ().
There is no need to confirm contacts with the award organizer’s stations by QSL cards. QSL
cards are not required to verify the reported contacts and earned points.
To the attention of those interested in exchanging QSL cards or confirming contacts with
the special event stations: paper QSL cards only in a limited edition will send to correspondents
served by QSL bureaus (please let us know during the QSO and on QRZ.com).
For the most active correspondents who will make the largest number of QSOs with the
organizer’s stations in the 100th Anniversary of GDYNIA campaign, the organizer provides a
special distinction, a commemorative engraving in the individual categories for: the most active
station from SP, EU and DX.
